The CARBOFLEX 135 X-TOP V2 squash racket is designed to enhance swing speed for both regular players and competitors. The JUMBO SHAFT technology reinforces the monoshaft design, allowing power to be transferred directly from the racket. Additionally, the racket's optimised length, which is 1 cm shorter than other CARBOFLEX models, ensures less bulk and better maneuverability. Its 500 cm² head provides a perfect combination of stability and power. The racket is strung with Dynamix VP polyurethane multifilament, known for its high responsiveness, making it an excellent choice for players seeking maximum power and easy handling.

The CARBOFLEX X-TOP V2 series represents cutting-edge innovation, thanks to the X-TOP patented technology. This range has removed the traditional bumper, replacing it with a new construction made from active fibres, which provide superior resistance, speed, and playability. The bumper, traditionally made of plastic, has been replaced by aramid fibres, known for their high impact resistance, and a PTFE treatment that enhances the racket’s durability against floor or wall abrasion. Without a bumper, the racket becomes smoother, allowing for better aerodynamics, which boosts swing speed and power. The material-heavy design also reduces vibrations while increasing responsiveness and comfort during play.

This racket features an "Airshaft" design, which further improves aerodynamics and helps accelerate swings. The monoshaft frame is reinforced with X-Arms, which limit flexibility, offering more stability and precision during impact. To enhance spin and increase forgiveness on off-centre shots, this model includes Extended String Hole technology with 12 enlarged eyelets placed strategically around the frame to improve the elasticity of the strings.

The Tecnifibre Carboflex 135 X-TOP V2 is the next generation racket of the popular 130 X-TOP squash racket used by Marwan El Shorbagy. This new version of the racket now featuresa unique Jumbo Shaft designed for enhanced power and control without needing to generate very high swing speed.

The V2 retains theinnovative X-TOP top racket head construction where the bumper is replaced by active fibres for enhanced resistance, speed and playability. Aramid fibres (same material used in bulletproof vests) are used at the top of the racket for maximum shock resistance, along with a PTFE (Teflon) treatment which increases abrasion resistance when racket slides on wall and on floor contact. The new mix of materials provides even more resistance than a traditional bumper.

The X-TOP in the V2 has now been seamlessly integrated with the rest of the racket frame to provide an even sleeker-looking design.

With no bumper and integrated grommets, a perfectly sleek frame design allows for greater racket acceleration and better gliding on the wall for extraordinary swing speed. The removal of the plastic bumper also reduces vibrations for more comfort.
