Malta & Gozo
MaltaSportsOnline offers a 3 business day free shipping policy for purchases over €60, and a nominal charge for purchases below €60. If you have received a satisfactory product but are, in any way, unhappy with the delivery, please contact us immediately with your complaint.
Free collection can also be arranged by appointment from the Cottonera Sports Complex. We may be able to arrange collection from other central locations in Malta. Contact us in case of queries.

Rest of Europe, Israel & Egypt
MaltaSportsOnline offers free shipping for purchases over €100 for the rest of Europe, Israel & Egypt and a fixed shipping charge of €15 for purchases below €100. Parcel tracking details will be provided when the order is dispatched.
For countries within the European Union (Customs Union) no customs duties will be due.
For countries outside the European Union (Customs Union) any customs duties and related fees would need to be covered by the customer when the ordered items are received.
Outside Europe
For most countries outside Europe there is flat shipping charge of €40.
Any customs duties and related fees would need to be covered by the customer when the ordered items are received.
Contact us if you require shipping outside of Europe to a country which is not allowed through the shopping cart.

The following applies for items delivered in Malta & Gozo.
We see two reasons for you to want to return your goods, and thus offer different solutions:

If the product that has arrived at your end is defective, we offer three solutions for you to choose from:

You may be unhappy with the choice made, or size chosen, or the general appearance of the product of your choice. If you notify us within 14 days of the delivery of the product, we will pick it up at no extra cost and provide you with a credit note for the same value. The credit note holds a ‘3-months apply’ period. All we ask is that you contact us, indicating the reason/s for the requested return. You may also opt to inform us of your request in writing using the model withdrawal form set out in Part B of the Schedule of LN 439 of 2013 |
